These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of goasset.com and any pages, forms, or information made available through the site. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Go Asset Inc. is a licensed New York real estate brokerage offering real estate consulting and asset management. We provide real estate brokerage, property marketing, property valuation coordination, transaction support, asset management, and related real estate services to homeowners, buyers, sellers, asset managers, and investors.

Services described on this website may depend on property location, condition, market conditions, lender or servicer requirements, title status, third-party availability, and a written agreement between you and Go Asset. We may change or discontinue website content or services at any time.

No Brokerage Relationship Is Created by This Website

Using this website, submitting a form, subscribing to emails, or speaking with us does not by itself create a brokerage, agency, fiduciary, client, attorney-client, or advisory relationship. A brokerage relationship exists only when required disclosures are provided and a written agreement is signed as applicable.

Do not send confidential, highly sensitive, or time-critical information through a website form. If you are facing a legal deadline, court date, auction date, or lender deadline, contact your own attorney, lender or servicer, or a government-approved housing counselor immediately.

If You Are Facing Foreclosure or Mortgage Default

Go Asset is not a government agency, lender, loan servicer, law firm, debt-relief company, or housing counseling agency. We cannot promise that a foreclosure will be stopped, delayed, dismissed, or avoided. We cannot guarantee that any lender, servicer, court, buyer, or investor will approve a short sale, modification, reinstatement, refinance, forbearance, payoff, sale, or other outcome.

Go Asset does not charge homeowners an upfront consulting fee through this website. If Go Asset lists and sells a property as broker, compensation is addressed in the applicable written brokerage agreement and closing documents.

No Legal, Tax, Mortgage, or Financial Advice

Website content is general information about real estate. It is not legal, tax, accounting, mortgage, credit, investment, or financial advice. You should consult your own attorney, tax professional, financial advisor, lender or servicer, and a government-approved housing counselor about your specific circumstances.

Property and Valuation Information

Property descriptions, photographs, prices, values, availability, conditions, timelines, and market information are believed to be useful but are not guaranteed. Information may come from public records, multiple listing services, owners, lenders, servicers, contractors, inspectors, title companies, buyers, sellers, and other third parties.

Any broker price opinion, comparative market analysis, or value discussion is an opinion of value from a real estate brokerage perspective. It is not an appraisal and may not be used where a licensed appraisal is required by law, lender, court, or contract.

Fair Housing

Email Communications and Opt-In

If you subscribe to email updates from Go Asset, you agree to receive email marketing, resources, and follow-up communications from Go Asset Inc. You can unsubscribe at any time. Subscribing to email does not require you to use Go Asset's services and does not create a brokerage relationship.

Email, text messages, and prerecorded calls are separate consents, each with its own checkbox. You can join our text messages on our opt-in form at goasset.com/opt-in. You can also join our text messages by replying YES, as described below.

Go Asset Text Message Program

Program: Go Asset Inc. marketing text messages. When you opt in on our opt-in form at goasset.com/opt-in, or by replying YES to the one sign-up text a Go Asset agent sends you, with your agreement, during a live phone call, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Go Asset Inc. at the mobile number you provided, including property value and market updates, information about selling options (including selling before a foreclosure sale and short sale review), invitations to schedule a consultation, where to find free HUD- and DFS-approved housing counseling, and follow-ups on your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 or older to join.

Signing up on a phone call. Go Asset agents call homeowners and property owners, some of whom we identify through public records and licensed data providers. We never text those numbers unless the owner opts in. During a live call, the agent may offer to send one text so the owner can sign up, and sends it only if the owner agrees. If the owner does not reply YES (or sign up on our opt-in form), we send no further texts. The agent asks, word for word:

"Can I send you a text so you can sign up for updates from Go Asset Inc. by text?"

If the owner agrees, the agent sends this text from (631) 840-6413. The text itself explains the program in full, and the owner's written YES reply is their consent: "Go Asset Inc.: Thanks for speaking with us. Reply YES to get recurring marketing texts from us about your property, the local market, selling options, consultations & housing counseling resources. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you do not reply YES, we will not text you again. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Terms & privacy: goasset.com/terms"

Instead of that text, the agent may offer a text with a link to our opt-in form. In that case the agent asks: "Can I text you a link where you can sign up for updates from Go Asset Inc.? It's one text. If you sign up for texts on that page, you'll get recurring marketing messages from us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time, and our terms and privacy policy are on that page. Is that okay, yes or no?"

When you join, by replying YES or on our opt-in form, you receive: "Go Asset Inc.: You're signed up for texts about your property & local market. Msg freq varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to texts you send and receive.

To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, STOPALL, OPTOUT, or REVOKE. If you opt out and later want our texts again, reply START or UNSTOP.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

How we collect, use, and protect your information, including your mobile number and opt-in record, is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Prerecorded Calls and Voicemail

If you check the "Prerecorded calls and voicemail messages" box on our opt-in form, you agree that Go Asset Inc. may call and leave voicemail messages at the number you provided, including calls and messages that use a prerecorded or artificial voice, about your property, the real estate market, and Go Asset's services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can revoke it at any time by telling us on a call, replying STOP to a text from us, or contacting us using the details below.

Acceptable Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not submit false or misleading information, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest the site in violation of law, or use the site to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.

Intellectual Property

The Go Asset name, logo, website text, design, images, graphics, and other site materials are owned by Go Asset Inc. or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Other use requires written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, complete, or free from harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Asset Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any right or obligation that cannot legally be limited, including rights under New York real estate license law, fair housing law, consumer protection law, or New York Real Property Law provisions that may apply to distressed homeowners.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you a different non-waivable right.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
